Offer aachaman drops of pure water and Gangajal. Offer Janeu across the left shoulder, adorn with red vermillion (Sindoor), and apply fragrant sandalwood tilak.
Offer 21 paired blades of fresh green Durva grass one by one while chanting the 11 holy names of Ganesha (Gajanana, Lambodara, Ekadanta, Vighnaraja, etc.). Place red hibiscus flowers on his crown.
Offer 21 steamed Ukadiche Modaks or besan laddoos. Perform Aarti with 'Sukh Karta Dukh Harta' or 'Jai Ganesh Deva'. On Visarjan day, perform utthapana pooja and immerse in clean water or garden soil.
